prepagent.com for more exam concepts made simple and practice questions In this real estate exam webinar we go over different types of Estates and the difference between Real Property and Personal Property.
I felt like I was really in class, I've been taking the online courses before my exam and I didn't realize until now how valuable having a dialogue in class helps retain certain information. Thank you for this content.
Do you have any new videos coming up..... I would love more info on square footage, title transfer (counting those days at closing) and maybe one just to go over memory tricks... I have MARIA down packed... even counting the months on knuckles but I would love to learn some more.
Video would be much easier to follow and benefit from without the comments from the classroom audience, especially when the comments are incorrect answers. Otherwise, the video is excellent and very helpful. Thank you!
I believe I found an error in this video with one of your test questions. When you asked the question A Life estate can do all the following EXPECT: You had the right as as (D) Borrow against it when I'm 99% shore that it should have been (C) WILL IT. Please confirm? This is at the 27:03 minute mark. Thank you!:)
***** Everything here is applicable to the California exam. It is pretty general stuff. The information that is specific to California is not included here. But if you want me to do one on that content just let me know.
I think were I'm making the mistake is that since I'm studying the app I'm memorizing the question with the answer, every app I've bought has 150 questions, I bought 3 apps, but when I took the exam there was only 10 questions out of the 150 questions on the exam. I took all my real estate principles and did my hours 1 year ago but never took the exam till now 2 weeks ago so it's been over a year and have forgotten the terms etc ...
I just passed my exam yesterday. I walked out thinking I missed at least 100 out of 150. When I saw "Congratulations" I almost cried, I did cry actually. So many questions and similar material on my test were from your lecture webinar. I wish I hadn't paid 200 for a crash course which only helped with some of it. But your lectures are what really got me through. Thank you so much :))))
Hi can anyone tell me if I should be worried about anything he covers being out of date? Studying for FL license. Much appreciated & good luck to everyone!
Actually, I enjoyed this form of teaching. I found myself chiming in with the class and sometimes getting answers right before the class or missing a question the class understood. Good job, thanks so much.
I have to mention that you have two different answers to this question: :The holder of a life estate can do all of the following except": On your website the answer is: "Sell it" and on RU-vid is: "Borrow against it." Not sure what is the correct answer but I assume is Borrow against it.
I think you are great im taking my test wednesday and you just really hit it on the nose I was just stressing about having to pay or sign up for more classes and understood that it wouldn't matter because the way the test is worded is how I was striking every time I answer a question. I prayed for wisdom and then I bumped into your webinar. It all I need in time for my test. thank you thank you thank you.!!!!!!!
Used Prep Agent for my CA RE exam. Wonderful resource. The vocab videos and the practice exams were all I needed. The only thing that could also be present is if you could take a 150 question practice exam with video explainers linked. Otherwise, perfect resource for me.
also Im a photographer I have a photographic memory and so I can tell you that stick to you showing pictures, funny or not anything substantial that we can visually tie to these strange words & numbers that otherwise are homeless in our minds. You are going to do so good, you'll see thanks for caring enough to putting some real thought into helping people like me.
Marci Perez That is great to know, I need better pictures for my social media. My art stinks right now and have been struggling to think of what else to do.
I'm taking the test tomorrow. I wish I knew this information was out here before. It has made the course material so much easier to understand. Thanks.
My Man can you talk about JOINT OWNERSHIPS IN HOMES vs JOINT TENDENCY'S IN HOMES !! Especially CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LAWS ! I find more about Tendency vs Tendency in Common then what needs to be Learned. For instance Quit Claim Deeds Warranty Deeds New Mortgage Loans 1st 2nd hell even 3rd BUT Nobody has gone over JOINT OWNERSHIPS I should introduce myself my name is Cobra : )~
I love the classes although it gets annoying when the audience talks over the instructor. otherwise, you are the best instructor and make everything so easy to remember.
I am getting ready to take my 60 hour course, but I wanted to be ahead of my class so I can pass. You are great with your visual classes. Thank You Joe You make learning fun!
Thank you!!! This was very helpful, like you said... I was stupid before! lol. Jokes aside the information you provide in this webinar is perfectly digested and I love the graphics and the example you use, it really makes it easy to understand the real state lingo.
I am in Hawaii and I have taken the National test 3 times and have not passed but hopefully after watching this I will pass the exam. You make things so much more clear. Thank you
Joe, This was a great way to get this information across to me and I feel very hopeful that I will pass my test this week. One area I would like you to cover is forms of ownership. Thanks
I just passed PA state and National exam all thanks to this guys help and the practice tests!! so thankful man! If it wasn't for all the webinars and explanations etc I would have never passed the exam with classes alone
I swear your heaven sent..Im in a real estate class and I thank God for you..I would just die if it wasn't for my prep agent..thank you so much for doing these video..💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
the sounds of people taking snapshots with their phones is very distracting, especially since i am voice recording the webinars so i can listen to when i am away from my computer
I thought the question: the holder of a life estate can do all of the following except a) sell it. b) lease it, c) will it d) borrow against it. Why the answer is d not c?
please do one for California , I have taken the exam twice but have fail I only studies apps I bought thru the playstore on my phone, does anyone recommend me taking a crash course cause there soo many, if gotten 62% on both exams just by studying apps, any advice ??? thanks in advance !
Great video. I would say stop using the term "boring" because I don't find the study boring- I'm assuming others taking the time to watch it don't find it boring but "interesting." The content is relative to anyone seeking ownership as it is the only true measure of wealth in the US dating back to the forefathers. Also, love the classroom concept, agree to x out the class audience.
Thank you very much. It deed helped me with the why which sticks to my brain better than just memorizing so much content and vocabulary. I know this was in 2014 but it did help me. God bless you.
YOU helped me pass my National test.. and I thank you sooooo Much BUT I need help to pass my PA state testing part... can you help? Or lead in in a direction to find help on the web... Thanks
joe can you do a brief lesson on how to figure out the monthly payments , principal , interst rate, mortgage balence. Also tax rate to pay on the sale price..im confused with all that topic . Im a hair away from getting it. Help
I had a hard time with that one, but after re-reading and studying my book, I saw that since it has a definite beginning and end date, it is "c". So confusing.
I’ve seen two different answers to what you can’t do with a life estate. In one video it said you couldn’t devise it, and in this one it says you can’t borrow against it. Slightly confused but I guess I’ll come upon the answer in my coursework
Hello Sir, Just want to make sure--my real estate book states that a life estate may not be willed, you state that it can't be borrowed against, is my real estate book incorrect? Just need a clear answer please.
This Video is Amazing. The analogies, mnemonics, and word history have helped me tremendously! Thank you. Also, I like when they give the wrong answers because it gives more clarification when you point out and give the correct ones.
I’m preparing to take PA state exam in about a week in a half thinking of purchasing the practice course. As per your reviews I hope this is worth it! Any suggestions are welcome
Thank you Prep Agent!!! Your videos are helpful, I appreciate the concepts you utilized in explaining things to a newbie. Could you give some pointers on the math portion? My teacher went over it so quickly. I'm so glad I found you!
In my book I do not have fee simple defeasible listed not as type of estate but defeasible under the private restrictions conditions. Also, in my book and in this video it reads that fee, fee simple and fee simple absolute is all the same which is 1 example of an estate and life estate as the other. How lost am I?
