BEFORE ATTUNEMENT
Purify with a shower or bath.
Be away from alcohol and recreational drugs (continue prescriptions) for at least 48 hours.
Wear loose fitting clothes.
Be open and receptive to receiving the attunement.
DURING ATTUNEMENT
Some of the following experiences may occur seeing colors or guides, euphoria, feeling vibrations, tingles, warmth in the body, crying, relaxation, falling asleep or nothing - all are fine.

AFTER ATTUNEMENT 21 DAY PROTOCOL & SUGGESTIONS
Always check with a doctor before starting or changing your diet or exercise routine
1.Do reiki session on yourself each day - morning and/or evening (see hand positions below)
2.You may experience some detox symptoms; emotions may come up or feel ungrounded at times.
3.Salt bath once a week
4.Meditation 10 - 15 min. each day
5.Avoid mainstream news etc.
6.Drink plenty of water (be sure to add electrolytes)
7.Avoid alcohol/recreational drugs (continue prescript/supplements)
8.Clean eating - lower sugar, caffeine, salt in diet

I respect you very much for releasing this for free. One of my biggest problems with the Reiki paradigm is the monetary gatekeeping that some practitioners impose.

Traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki attunements, everything you need to get started, the protocols (before, during and after attunement) are in the description. Drink plenty of water and get some rest afterwards. You can start to heal others right after your attunement but do try to focus on yourself for the first 21 days. For 21 days after the attunement focus on your own healing. Hand positions for healing yourself (people) and 3 min. music are provided for in the description. Best to you on your journey! 🌸🦋🌿

hi! first time here. im going learn reiki 1 in may and was curious about this video so i did the first attunement 30 mins ago and i immediately felt a head high like high off weed, my body rocked back and forth and i smiled at the end. i still feel high right now! crazy. i forgot to read the description and didn't shower before starting. oops! is that ok? lol. i also just kept my hands in prayer position lol again bc I didn't read beforehand. is it still ok to follow the 21 day protocol?

Hi, In the description there are protocols for before and after the attunement, please read. If you are new to energy healing it is best to go slow and just do one attunement at a time and integrate. Just relax, listen and be open to receiving.

Hi, Twice a day is recommended for self healing, though there is no hard rule. A good approach is one session in the morning and one in the evening, approximately eight to twelve hours apart. I find it helpful for the body to integrate between each session and relax, but this is my own perspective. Excessive Reiki (if there is such a thing) may cause tiredness or a release of too many toxins in a short amount of time, presenting slight discomfort. However, everyone is unique, only take what resonates and leave the rest. Thank you for the question. Best to you on your journey! 💖🌷🙏

Usually it is recommended for there to be three to six months between each level. Everyone is unique when it comes to attunements. I would suggest seeing how you feel at the end of the 21 days, then proceed from there and use your own discernment. Hoping that helps!

Hello, I have a little question about the 21 days process : I suffered from eating disorders and still have a bit of them, so the clean diet is still hard for me to follow, could it create some problems ? Can I still follow this attunement without caring about the food and follow everything else ? This is one of the things that I would like to work with in the beggining of my Reiki journey. And another question would be : do we need to rest a lot during this process ? I have a internship starting on Monday so I would like to know if I have to wait or if I can start my reiki journey now. Hi, Thank you for the question. Yes, you can definitely follow the attunement without food changes. As far as needing a lot of rest, it will depend on the person. Some people become very energetic and jittery (like after a few cups of coffee) for a few days. Some people find themselves very relaxed and slightly tired. Regarding the internship, it might be best to wait a week or two until you are settled in the position first. The thing about Reiki is that it always has your best interest at heart, but the healing process can bring up feelings or happenings on the life stage. This can occur with any attunement, shift or change one makes in their life. Keep me posted on how it goes. 🙂

Hi, There is a pause in music between each attunement. For each attunement level you do need to be listen to in full. Each level is approximately 20 minutes.

There is no talking, she can sit in a chair (if possible), remove shoes, jewelry, glasses (if possible). Then have her say she is open to the reiki attunement to herself or outloud and then listen to music without being disturbed. If she is new to reiki I would suggest just doing one attunement at a time every six months to a year to give enough time to integrate. I tried to make the process as easy as possible. Hi, Appreciate the question. My suggestion is to take a few slow breaths in and out and be in a relaxed state sitting comfortably. You only need to state or chant the phrase once, you can repeat a few times to help center you if you wish. The words/chant is basically giving permission for the reiki to attune you. From there just relax and listen to the music. Protocols are in the description for before and after care. Good luck on your journey!

Hi Patel, Thank you for the question. Basically it comes down to intention, you can ask the reiki energy to embed into the music or when making your own music you can call the reiki energy in...for instance when doing a sound healing. You can create a symbol for the energy to infuse the music too. Mainly everything is about intention and where one puts their focus. You can ask the reiki energy to go into the music for whomever listens. I like music because you can feel the vibration of the sounds easily and add an extra layer of healing support. Hi, This Reiki attunement is for Reiki Master Level (IIIa). To pass on the Reiki Attunement requires a Reiki Master Teacher Level (IIIb) which I don't include. I feel people need to be trained and have enough experience as a Reiki Master first before moving to Reiki Master Teacher (IIIb) to pass on the attunements.
