I made my living room and kitchen floor piggie safe then put up a baby gate. I have pee pads and hay stations everywhere.😅

Looove your channel $ the piggies ofcourse! But I adore your beautiful Nacho! I used to have lunkies, they're the loveliest, boldly piggies! I had 4 of them, a neutered male and 3 ladies. But they all gone over the rainbowbridge now. I searched for 2 new lunky piggies, but ended up adopting 2 skinny pigs 😂, the total opposite of the fluff balls😅, they needed urgent a new home, so I brought them home and now I am the personal butler & assistant of 2 mini hippo's Bas and Miel ♡♡♡

Can you do a video on the best way to move Guinea pigs? (As in moving houses) seeing as you’ve just moved recently i was thinking you could maybe share some of the tips you used and things like what would you have done differently

I was lucky in the fact that I had their holiday home (mum's house!) on hand, and it was just a case of dropping them off and picking them up when the cage was set up, so glad I didn't have to move with them in tow!

I would recommend sherwood urinary tabs for bladder issues! Some pigs and rabbits eat them but for most you crush up a tablet with water and syringe it to them.

Hi Sarah good video and I agree with you they take a lot of looking after am luckily I am part time At work so I do have the time for them now and again I do over time but always see too piggies first and the dog too they are all loved. Money I do put money away for my Guinea pigs and dog and I just had it confirmed he as arthritis in both hips so he on metacam life long take care

I always feel bad for not having any space for free roam but to keep them I had to agree that they only stay in my room bc my parents don’t want them and we have cats. I know how important floor time is but I just don’t have the space right now. And when they do get out of the cage the floor space in my room for them is smaller than their cage is so I only take them out for health checks and cage cleans.

It’s great to see them. My two are only four months old and still skittish, although they are getting a bit tamer by small increments. Can’t let them roam this year as I have two tortoises which have had to come indoors and over winter, but next summer might try a free roam.

Wow what a big space your piggie seem to really enjoy it mine do the same only thing my 2 boys they what the same hideout and they won.t share plus not in living room as I have a dog as well so they have they own bedroom

Lovely to see how confident the piggies were on carpet instead of slippery wooden floors. Also, lots of their own hideys etc scattered around so that they could feel that they were travelling from one known space to another. The only thing I would add to that would be a concertina tunnel. I have two fixed together and they love running up and down it in between exploring new spaces.

I love how excited they get and aren't so scared of the new space! I've been trying to get my two sows to get used to floor time but htey get quite frightened or lazy :( I started to feed them at the door of the cage which opens up to my lounge to get started, but are there any tips on how to get them more comfy with the outside world?

How gorgeous is your living room! And so fun to see them explore. At my apartment I lay down all blankets and funny hideys for them, but they just sit on the cold wooden floor under the table the entire time 😅 next time I may block it off for them haha

Haha, they do have weird habits! Callie loves under the pouffe thingys so we sometimes block them off too. Blocking the table off would be a good thing to try 😊

Awww that's lovely, amazing - we had a fireplace like that in our old house when we first moved it, it was awful having been made originally by the old homeowner - also make a point of ensuring any electric cables are out of their way when the piggies start exploring. Great video and they are such a happy bunch. Not long until you cross the 100,000 Subscriber line - well deserved and a huge congratulations on that !

Hi Sarah good video and yes I agree about fleece saving money and. I understand why lots use it but for me I love natural bedding not wood shaving I use eco nest I find they don’t kick out they cage and litter training them my piggy’s don.t seem to get it I’ve watched Your litter training videos and done every trick but nope they just pee any where and poo I do spot clean and I only have 2 piggy’s sometimes it feels like more with all the poos and pees plus am a hopeless at sewing

cute!! great roam space. My piggies definitely have their patterns too. We pretty much leave their cage open to free roam for most of the day every day but they never go very far anymore, they do like their safe space!

Hi Sarah a good idea for floor time is to roll out a huge fleece square over the carpet, or I'd be paranoid about wet patches ! The dry stuff is easy but the damp patches linger !! Also males spray and scent mark and over time. Gap in the market there - Floor Play Mat ! I love your new house! ❤

so cute! they look so happy! Im ablut to get 2 gunea pigs from my friend, she cant keep them and i've been looking for diffrent fleece for the bottom of the cadge but not sure what to look for, i find the blankets but the ends and edges look diffrent, i can see the stitching and i dont know if thats safe, any tips? I also dont know how to sew so I've been looking for pre-made ones, I want to make the best life for my piggies! any tips will help greatly!

It’s 6 hours later but 2 things 1. RU-vid comments is not the best way to get help immediately 2. You need to see a vet, any animal that suddenly isn’t responding needs to see a vet if it’s still alive.

I need advice. I had 3 guinea pigs, 2 abyssians and an American pig. I've had the American pig for a year or so, got her from a store called pet place. I got my 2 abyssians from petco. Few days ago, one of them passed away. No idea why. Next day, another passes. Same spot. No obvious cause of death. Now my American pig is alone and my mom wants to wait a few weeks to see if she passes too. I'm concerned because she isn't as active and I know it's because she's alone. Will she be okay? I'm gonna keep trying to find pigs and show my mom, to maybe convince her to take me up to a rescue next weekend, or even tomorrow, or maybe find someone who's rehoming a pig or two. Also wanna know if it's better if I got one or two more pigs? My cage is a 2x5 c&c.
