*UPDATE 📌Please refer to these steps* . I do see that they removed the *Support Button* . You can add the UPS shipping account by clicking on your *Profile icon* on the top right. Then click on *Profile Overview* . When you get to the page, you will see the 4 columns with menu options. Go under *Accounts and Payment Options* , then click on *Open a UPS Shipping Account* . I hope this helps! Let me know if you were able to create the account. Once the account is set up, you can go to the free supplies.

there is no more support button =< can you make an updated video? I am stuck. All i see is tracking , shipping, and product & services.

Hi Lynie... I do see that they removed the support button. You can add the UPS shipping account by clicking on your *Profile icon* on the top right. Then click on *Profile Overview* . But where do I give the adress where i want to send it to. And can I print it with a normal printer?

I’m not quite sure, I do not believe that would be possible, however, it doesn’t hurt to try. (I’ve never tried.) I have a Rollo thermal printer. As for the shipping, you will be asked for your shipping address and shipping is free. You will see that at the end of the video. If you still aren’t sure, let me know.
