Do you know how I can cancel & return the thermal printer back to UPS? I have been paying weekly and haven't been using as much as before.

Well in other words we would need to order the printer for $2-$3 a week in order to get FREE labels. Well, you can buy you a printer and still get labels or just go print out labels for a cheap. And have them ship you labels AS YOU NEED THEM. correct ?

Looks like they took down the "get free supplies tab" is there a work around for that?

I just tried getting it for free and it was 3 $ a week. I asked for how long and they didn’t say. It was like pulling teeth. Is there any way or do I speak to a special person about this? 3$ a week for however long is not free😩

This information may be a bit outdated in 2021. I tried to do this myself and did not have the same luck. UPS is currently providing 2 and 4 shipping label sheets for ink printers, not the thermal label rolls or manifolds. I ended up buying the thermal labels I needed on Amazon 500 for $12 and change.

Its NOT FREE printer, its rental $3/ week which is over $13 / month you can probably one a lot cheaper with less payments and will becomes yours once paid off

I saw your video. I got my labels. Called UPS. Got a totally different printer. Was I supposed to ask for a Zebra printer? I got a Bixolon printer. I got the huge roll and they dont fit. But, I got my printer :)
