Welcome to Ultimate Survival Gear! Today, I have another tactical boots review for you guys and this is Free Soldier review. Here is the Amazon link:

So, what can I say. For about $60, this is a fantastic boot! Most of the times, whenever it comes to military boots, the outsole is usually not aggressive enough for a lot of terrains. These Free Soldier military boots, however, have very decent amount of aggression.
Also, surprisingly, these Free Soldier tactical boots are one of the most comfortable tactical boots that I have reviewed. Again, for the price, very impressive! I also do like the fact that there are a lot of color options available!
it is worth mentioning that these Free Soldier boots made it to a few online lists like the best combat boots for men, best tactical boots 2020 and best military tactical boots.

I've been wearing these boots for over a year. They are very similar feel to my old Rocky C4T boots from the Army. They are a little narrow in the toe box area for me though.

I own 3 pair of these. Love them! Been wearing them for 2 years now. The gortex lining falls apart pretty quick so I stick with the summer versions now. But the sizing is not accurate at all. I ordered 8.5 which they state are 27cm. My foot measures 24cm on the dot. The so called 27cm boot was way to tight to wear so I ordered 9.5. other than that I love these boots.

Say, there is also an 8 inch version of this pair as well, no wonder they look exactly as the Oakley Light Assault Boots, as the 8 inch pair made by Asiaon Tactical, I’ll probably give them a try but only for certain purposes, wouldn’t want these to fail on me for tactical purposes. And, the way it creases also worries me, since it’s supposed to be around the toe box and not to the middle, I’d hope the 8 inch ones don’t do that either. I’ll give this one an edit as soon as I get the pair and of course, breaking it in after x amount of months and its overall condition, specifically the soles.

I have a different pair from Free Soldier seem ok but they’re hot, like your feet are in plastic bags. Wish they were more breathable. For the price I paid I’m thinking of having some jungle boot type vents put in.

These look like they are literally just a budget version of Oakleys Coyote/Light Patrol/Urban Explorer boots lol

Yep, but won't fall apart as quick and cost a fraction of the price. I've owned both these and oaklys. I still wear these.

Hello, quick question on the sizing. Looking at the website, it says if you are a 10 in Nike or timberland then you are a 9 in this boot... you said they are true to size and to get a size up....are you sure?

I'm a size 8 in Nike and bought these size 8 and they fit perfectly fine for me. I like them a lot. At first they are kind of hard at first so I walked my dog with them since I got them a few days ago and they feel much better. They must've changed them since this video cause the tongue on mine are thicker and they look just a little bit different. I got them in black so that might make a difference. Also I just noticed the bottom on his are different then mine

Yes. They are so comfortable, after I get home I often forget to take them off. Super lightweight but the toe box is slightly restrictive so I’d get a half size bigger than normal.

Do these come from the same factory as Oakley? It’s literally the same shoe just without the Oakley logos. Also Nortiv 8 is the same exact shoe.

@@caldwell5078 yeah but they are not Actualy. I've worn them for years and they are now my preferred boot. The pair I am currently wearing are 2 years old & I'm on my feet 17 hrs a day.

Not enough room in the toes. One month and the sole is almost worn through. No complaints otherwise.

Wow that’s crazy I have a pair almost 2 years old and the boots aren’t great stitching coming apart but these are the best soles I’ve ever seen on boots not nearly worn down yet.
