You two are a really cute couple, my bf even noticed in one of your videos the way you (Kathryn) look at Adam when he is talking, you look like you really love him and its really sweet.
I love your Italian trip Vlogs. I can resonate with you guys when it comes to the food especially the gelato. I was there in 2018 and ate 38 gelatos in my 42 day holiday.
I love all your videos. You guys are natural entertainers where it feels like you guys are my friends just telling me about your trip. Everything just flows and love both of your energies. My favorite thing though, is how Kathryn looks at Adam when he talks... and how excited Kathryn is for gelato lol. You guys are such an adorable couple and I wish you both more fun travels for us to enjoy watching! You both are making me so excited to visit Italy soon (:
I was there last year and went to that same restaurant, cantina e cocina! I sat in the same place and order one of the same pasta. Haha I still dream about the food. Great memories!
@@AdventuresofAplusK We've been to Naples 2 years ago: as long as you pay attention and stay on the touristy part of Naples, you're going to be fine. The city is gorgeous, the people super welcoming, the food delicious. I highly recommend!
I know right! We got lost a lot though☺️ you guys had no trouble getting around? I think me and hubby must be directionally challenged😜 Great memories, thank you!
Oh man I got us lost SO much in every city 🤣 Rome and Florence were a bit easier because google maps was more accurate, but we had lots of public transportation problems (around all of Italy). Right after we stopped filming for the day on this vlog we ended up waiting for a bus that never came for 30 minutes 😖 So we take back our “we are loving public transportation life” comment lol
Cantina e Cucina is my favorite restaurant in Rome. If you ever go back, please try their cheese fries. They are super unique, delicious, and not what you would expect!
Your videos bring back such wonderful memories--the pistachio gelato in Rome being one of the best. We watched "Roman Holiday" with Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck before going and tried to see all the sights from the movie. I can also identify with rushing to catch trains. We landed at the airport early in the morning, took the train to Rome, walked to the hotel (not far), and took the metro to the Vatican to see the "new" Pope (about two weeks old--March 2013) give his first Easter Mass. And I agree with Adam--Rome is my favorite city. Thanks.
Just stumbled upon your channel and have been binging several videos. I love that your videos are so down to earth, I feel like I’m hearing about a friend’s trip to these places. Plus the amount of ice cream and dessert content is definitely on my level 🍦😂
Thank A+K for all your help with planning my upcoming Italy trip! :) I'm just trying to figure out how to pack for this thing.. I saw you guys wheeling your suitcases at one point, did you both take like a medium size or was it just a carry on size? It was hard to tell in the video. Thanks
Hi Stacey! We both just took the “carry on” size Away suitcase + two backpacks. And it worked really well! We were gone for 16 days total and were able to do laundry about halfway through the trip, so we just repeated outfits the second half of the trip!
Awesome video! I can't wait to go to Italy. How do you keep track of all the places you want to visit? Do you write it down or have it saved on your phones? Thank you for making us feel like we are going along with you!!
We have super detailed itineraries we make for everything on a Google Sheet. We have a template on our site if you’d like to copy our format! docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/130RDdmcyMieGJH2TZoNQrwIRQVYRHJD_QRfl_g5jJUk/edit (you have to make a copy to be able to use it). And thanks so much for the kind words in the video!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Thank you so much! I use Google maps and save all my routes. I will definitely use your Google document. I have been binge watching your videos when I get a chance. My 3 year old loves them too. She keeps asking if she can go to all the places you've been. She has her passport we are just waiting for the world to open up!
Hey, on one of your videos you mentioned you've eaten gluten and not been sick but you took a pill....what did you take? We have an intolerant person (not celiac) and thinking of trying it in Italy
Hi Bonnie! Sorry for the delay getting back to you! Here is the pill I took: amzn.to/2mNQvt2 It also works for dairy too! While I felt VERY full during the trip (that’s what happens when you eat multiple gelatos a day and tons of carbs haha), I didn’t experience the normal symptoms I have when eating gluten in the US.
