Grabeh naman ung responsibilities halos ikaw na lahat. EA din ako pero di ganyan responsibilities ko. Hehe. Gawain na ng operation manager namin yung ibang nabanggit. Siguro depende kung madaming staff yung boss mo. Pero kung nagtitipid, baka nga cguro ganyan maging task mo, so dapat 6 digits up sweldo nyan.
I never expected na kasama pa ang household management . I hope you’re getting enough salary for the total take you’re doing . Bilang nasa Canada parang ang hirap gawin yan and then they just pay us minimum . I think parang not worth it pag dito sa US or Canada and VEA ng clients . But thanks for the video . @@miajuan26 Nag work po kc ako for an indonesian client before, 1 hr lang difference. Pag nag send sya ng calendar invite (google) for the meeting nka set na po sa philippine time agad kahit iba iba kami ng time zone sa cc. First time akala ko kailangan ko pa iadjust sa PST i was late for the meeting kailangan pa nila ako i-message sa WA.
