Peter Crone has honed a very powerful gift. In minutes he can help you realize and let go of experiences that have held you back for decades. In this podcast you get to witness Peter’s work firsthand. He tackles some of my deepest subconscious fears and dismantles limiting emotional constructs in a way that leaves me teary-eyed and free. Other topics that we go more in-depth on during our podcast include how dating and sex are directly related to the dopamine and addiction centers of the brain, and how liking something is really just liking the absence of something negative.
More specifically, after Peter’s “motivational speech” that made me tear up, we discuss how karma, power, and how the big bang theory and jesus all can directly relate to certain aspects of happiness and love in life. By getting into the deepest details of the power of love and how that can manifest itself in a form of loving pleasure to stoicism, Peter does an incredible job of opening me up and hopefully he can with you too.

I noticed in the beginning of the podcast how Aubrey says "I hope we don't disappoint them" , and Peter replies with "I would love to meet the expectations". Literally, the two statements are the same but the way they're articulated makes all the difference. Aubrey is brilliant, of course. Thanks for your amazingly deep questions and vulnerability, man. Wonderful podcast.

I’m adding another comment because something extraordinary happened after I watched this. After asking myself where am I not free, I realised that I’ve had a deep-seated belief that I am a big disappointment which stems from childhood. Anyway, I asked myself, what would I do and who would I be if I wasn’t a disappointment? Rather than an answer, a feeling came, a lighter feeling and a feeling of more freedom. This morning I feel much less inclined to comfort eat and feel low. I feel a general sense of having more courage, less fucks and more inclined to smile. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope you see this message. Love and peace. 🙏🏼💙🦋

this guy really speaks the truth. I love what he said about always trying to tie it back to people in real life who are struggling. He said somehwere in the beginning that "we could sit here in the comfort of this room and talk about unity and love all day" but that doesnt really translate to people and their struggles. THAT is the truth, I think in the world of self help the actual talking can become really detached from the lived experience of that person (I've noticed this first hand with myself) and true healing really does start to take place when the gap between our thoughts and our actual lives becomes smaller. When we actually see ourselves and our lives as they actually are in reality (not how we wish we could be our how we wish our lives would be) and start to make peace with our existence, as flawed as it is. What i've found on this path is that its totally okay to absolutely hate something about my life right now/about my experience (I struggle with anxiety) while still accepting that this is my life and it's actually okay, that I'm actually okay even with my anxiety. It sounds so simple but when you actually start to metabolize it on a cellular level it is sooo profound. Like I dont have to sit up in my head all day and wish xyz was more spiritual, more united, more loving, etc, I can actually meet reality in all its messiness and its all good! I can even hate it sometimes and thats totally fine! I don't have to shy away from myself and my life in a quest to be "healed" --that completely goes against the true nature of healing. I hope that makes sense! went on a little tangent there.

@A PO Peter Crone is amazing isn't he, I try to listen to his podcasts/youtubes as much as I can. Your comment above really resonated with me, about making peace with our existence, and to be OK with it & accepting our flaws (eg in your case anxiety). It does sound indeed simple as you say, but I do struggle with how to implement this day-to-day. It's like I know the theory but really fail to implement and go back to being negative & anxious. If you have any tips to share on how to actually rewire/recondition the thinking, let me know, I would be grateful :)! One more question I had when reading your comment, what to you mean with 'the gap between our thoughts and our actual lives becomes smaller'? Do you mean with that to live in the now, mindfully as opposed to having thoughts all the time? Thanks & wish you a great day!

Véronique A. Smans I resonated with your comments for AP O - couldn’t have said it better myself... I do a lot of research, but stumble in executing or even where to start. So overwhelmed with all the fires that should be put out... feel like a snake eating myself to the point of just staying on my iPad, reading self help books, and fighting the anxiety, depression and financial failures...

kimba dull yes it’s the execution that is the most hard I guess. But as P Crone says, awareness of what triggers you is the first big step and a major part of it. Listen to as many Peter Crone podcasts as you can. I’m so glad I found him as it makes so much sense what he says plus he says it in a more simple and tangible way than other ones I have listened to.

I've enjoyed listening to Peter Crone. He has helped me to recognise where I have resistance to (people places things) and also how to reframe situations. It subtle. I went back to wrk after working from home for 3 months. A meeting room had been booked as there were no desks available. I was asked to come in so the team could meet a new member of staff. No one had joined me in the room or told me the staff member was off sick. I felt poor me, victim, I've been abandoned (the old story I've been carrying). Then I recognised my feelings and sat with them. I then decided i would chose to look at things a different way. I have all this space to myself away from the din - I called it my office - I sat by the window and had beautiful sunlighton my face, I turned up the heat as I love the warmth. I muttered and giggled to myself in glee, drank my delicious coffee, ate my Pret, I popped out to chat with old workmates and i tell you, it turned into the best day back in the office. My team then seemed to gravitate into 'my office' and then seemed to not want to leave. Life is beautiful, when you surrender to 'I am'. Love and light to Peter Crone and to all who read or glance at this.

Yes but if inadequacy is a lie there's nothing to overcome but a passing feeling. A delusion. Life is a big illusion, it's what we choose to buy into. The painful part is we buy into things at a time when we didn't know any better or how to challenge. We got a message and it stuck

So refreshing to see two men in such authenticity realizing strength through allowance of vulnerability. Love demonstrated in real time~ amazing. The “I’m in love” statement ~ that’s a gold nugget everyone can carry that is so powerful. Thank you both. I am (experiencing) in (& from) love. This is the stuff that should be taught in school, instead, school years often inform people how to hide and put on the brave face and deny ourselves our experiences as though we are not inherently worthy. All are worthy.

This pod cast is enlightening. I learn something from Peter Crone every time I am privileged to listen to him. Thank you Aubrey for your story that for two decades had haunted you. I also loved the fact that Peter asked you to speak in the first person singular (I). That was so much more meaningful for me.. And it is so amazing to see two men who have emotions and are able to speak about the emotions of LOVE.

Power is self-love and acceptance. Not ego, you're fully aware of your flaws. You don't accept them as permanent, but a starting point. Meeting people who love self and others, who are kind and compassionate, that's powerful to me. Knowing what you can do, but having restraint, that's powerful. Controlling your own life vs others, that's powerful. Having courage to step out into the world and just be yourself, knowing you seek change, growth and improvement and will find it. Being okay with yourself gives others the example and encouragement to be themselves. It flows forward in a productive motion. It's important to become the person you want to be. It adds good into the universe. The journey is a beautiful mess, for which you can pause, look back and see the mountain you scaled and look forward to the gorgeousness of the view ahead, broad, expansive and eternal.

Powerful this for me to experience as an observer, to witness a breakthrough with the abrupt understanding that it’s time for me to identify my past “failures” I’ve held against myself all my life & truly release them. Podcasts like this are great reminders of what we repeatedly forget and as brothers and sisters we need to be reminded sometimes. I appreciate this rather than idolise. I reckon people do too much idolising outside themselves. We are all God. No one more amazing than another, just time and effort not to mention life paths and missions unique to each individual. I appreciate this reminder. Thank you so much. What I find really great is that one man with so much wealth and marketing behind him can access and aid another man with gifts and abilities to heal. You've got a, intuit/healer and an explorer/facilitator/agent right there that come together to create reminders of self healing and trauma release to others and that's a wonderful thing

Wow, this episode was an absolute 180° difference from what I was expecting based on the thumb nail photo. Peter looks like a Marine in the photo, and the text reads "How to Destroy Fear". So I was expecting some hyper masculine dude, sharing his "Hack" for DESTROYING fear. 😅🙈 This episode was such an amazing surprise, and in perfect alignment with Byron Katie's "The work". That I was reading yesterday. This episode was definitely a Synchronistic discovery for me. And I am so happy I suspended my judgements and moved through my assumptions about the thumb nail, and gave the video my attention. I had a very transformative perspective shift of my own, watching Aubrey go through his. And now I am unreveling so many limiting beliefs I've created during my childhood. I'm at minute 40:33 and loved what I just heard. Aubrey repeats what he said using I rather than you. I used to use the expression I when I was referring to an experience I had had. While going through college in the USA from my freshman year I was taught to not use I because it sounded selfish, full of myself, and that instead I should use you, implying no one. I have remained with that teaching when I hold a conversation in English be generally use I when I converse in my mother language, Spanish. Thanks Peter for your teaching.

really interesting opening on divine feminine (mother) and masculine (father). i would love to hear/discuss way more in depth to develop the roles physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as well as understand some of their capabilities. definitely also warrants a lot of questions about family as the individual-society interface. so cool. beautiful podcast, glad i listened on love day as i prepare to welcome a little boy into the world! i love being a mama to my 2 year old daughter, the balance of a boy joining us is immensely meaningful- and has me really redefining parenting and my role. i felt great parenting my daughter as a single mama (though completely supported by family/community)- but with a boy, i am feeling so humbled to NOT be 100% on what parenting means anymore and to NOT feel 100% enough. my appreciation for both feminine/mother and masculine/father continue to expand. thank you again for a cool podcast that gives a lot of us some fantastic navigation points/food or thought!

I had a breakthrough too, right along w Aubrey- tears & all (helped that we share the same fear)... TY! Im amazed how every time I sit down and just let YT play, somehow it immediately seems to find & show me EXACTLY what I need, in EXACTLY this moment. Great to Aubrey & Peter be conduits of this phenomenon, for myself, and, Im sure, so many others. Good stuff. Really good, very brave. Much love

That’s the second time you have done this to me!! First with Kerwin, and now this. The day I hit my Dad with my truck. Wow. Thank you Peter
