I’ve been unable to get my phone to pair for days. It kept telling me that it couldn’t and to forget the device. This video, fixed my issue. I have a 2 hour ride home and can now have music playing! Thank you!

I have to say the Customer Service from Australia was excellent . Karl was most helpful with helping me setup the Cardo with my cell phone and Zumo 595LM . I am going to test these this weekend locally ...10/10 KGT Goes to Karl

Hey team, Why is it so difficult to simply connect the phone and the Freecom?

I've it. Very good device for listen music with best JBL speakers and connecting with other device Cardo or many Brands.

Using a freecom 4+ for intercom with 2 other riders and a smartphone for nav instructions, but not at the same time. Incoming nav instructions cause the intercom to stop. This is so unstable that we have all disabled navigation instructions or phone connections in general. No matter the model phone or nav, it just wont work while also using the cardo for intercom.

hello guys, great video like it a lot. I bought the cardo freecom 4+ today. and installed it and everything. I have one problem though, I di not have a place in my helmet where i can stick the speakers on.. it's all made of fabric. I have tried to sitck it on regardless but it just doesn't stick. now the sticky tape isn't sticky anymore.. suggestions?

Doing normally mobile pairing with my ktm 1290 super adventure S freecom 4+ thinks it's a GPS while q1 did as mobile and worked ok.

Hello, how please do I connect it both with a passenger and my phone (google map). In my case it said to be connected to both but no way to hear the navigation. Also I have sometimes a loud bip in my hears, I have no idea what it means, low battery? Thanks!

Its impossible to see the pairing of GPS… the advertising image is covering t 😢

Is Cardo open for support?

How do I connect my Cardo Freecom Four+ to the GPS function on my phone? I use the Google maps app on my phone for GPS. Can I connect that to my Cardo unit and if so, how? The instructions I see for GPS is for a separate GPS unit.

I can successfully pair to my iOS device, but when I turn the Freecom 4+ off and come back 10 minutes later (or longer) it has forgotten my phone and the only way to get it to reconnect is to go into bluetooth settings, select Freecom 4+, forget the device, then start the pairing process all over again. This is the only bluetooth device I own that won't remember the phone and automatically pair every time it's turned on. Am I doing something wrong??
