Freediving during spring and summer 2022 in an abandoned Welsh mountain quarry, North Wales freediving is excellent, with a variety of venues both saltwater and freshwater.
I hit a new PB of 31.9m in my 8th freediving session, which was good progress from 20.1m in my first.
Freediving massively helped my spearfishing, aiding me with feeling far more comfortable at depth, and able to relax and hunt efficiently at depths which I would previously not have even been able to reach.
