Dude, I love this. It's that kind of uncensored look into real events that you really want to see, not just someone's words of "oh it was violent!" or "oh it was peaceful." We just want the media to show, not tell, right? That gets so lost. I appreciate you posting this and sharing this story. I read through the comments on this video so far and man a couple of them are pretty crappy and stupid - pay those people NO mind. I know this isn't really independent journalism, but it feels like a tiny little window towards that and it's refreshing to see. So many people want those whom they disagree with to be shut down and censored, but at the same time want their opinions to be shared and elevated and I get it, I'm human too, but also it's just not helpful. Anyway, hope that's encouraging to you. I personally would love to hear your actual unfiltered opinion on this whole thing and just your raw experience of what you saw, tbh. @@HighCanadianSOI I brought my girlfriend to Ottawa. She had only been in Canada for a year (from the Philippines) it was something her and I will never forget. For a blink of endless history Canada was at the forefront of fighting injustice, peacefully.
By far the best experience I have ever had - it was amazing to see everyone roll into Ottawa. The nicest people from all over the country and from all walks of life - it was amazing!!
God bless the truckers and everyone involved. The fight is not over, but this fight brought us good progress. Right now world elites are at Davos talking about what next steps they will take to control and spy on us. We must continue to fight.

I dont like getting political either Zach. This is not something I find healthy to engage in on this platform. But you made an video and edit from your perspective of a charged political matter, so I think its hard for you to also take the stance that this piece is not political (from your perspective as you say). This video does make a political statement, and wether I agree or not, I think it would be better for you to own it. I respect free press and your filmmaking, keep up the good work.

That protest was organized and attended by Catherine McKenney and several other councilors etc. It was nothing but a short staged publicity stunt almost 5 miles away from Parliament.
None of the truckers present can go to work because of vaccine mandates. There are a lot of other things that they and all who choose not to vaccinate cannot do in Canada

Wasn't long ago that I was having to console a good friend who lost her father to COVID. My father spent months hooked up to a defibrillator vest after COVID nearly killed him. Long stint in the hospital. My grandfather has been in and out of the hospital for months with a bleeding gut due to COVID complications. I have watched friend after friend lose loved ones at rates that are utterly staggering compared to the rest of the developed world. I have zero respect for these protestors. Science doesn't mean anything to them compared to the ramblings of some pastor or celebrity with a hot take. I spent 700+ hours last year aggregating data, researching this in depth, and consulting with experts just to better understand how to protect my family. But none of that meant anything in the face of Nicki Minaj tweet or some anti science Facebook page under the guise of spiritual awakening. I'm tired. The level of cognitive dissonance is so completely overwhelming that I don't even know how to begin dealing with it anymore. Just sad. So very very sad.

The vaccine does not stop you from getting or transmitting covid. As an Ottawa resident, I fully supported everyone who came here - these were some of the nicest people from all walks of life.

People do not get to do whatever they want WHEN IT HURTS OTHER'S PEOPLE SAFETY, HEALTH and WELL-BEING . "My body, my choice"? Then got outside naked. Drive with no seat belt too. But neither being naked in public nor driving without seatbelt will pose any threat to other's people health as now, and yet you should never do these things, respectively to respect other people's feelings and for your own safety. I could just leave your channel (and unfortunately I'll) but considering the amount of things I learned since I became a subscriber I can not leave without expressing my disappointment regarding the thousands of lost lives due to this kind of twisted idea about "freedom". This is the SAME science antivax people rely on once they're hospitalized. Not everybody knows what is going into their bodies once they're on a ICU. If antivaxers are so sure about their position about this, they should be consistent and leave the hospital beds to vaccinated people. If you shared their ideas on this at this point, probably there's nothing that I'd say to change your mind on this (but I still hope you do). But if you DO NOT, and you're vaccinated and went to this rally wearing mask, I'm getting unsubscribed anyway because you failed hard on making this statement clear on both your videos uploaded today here. And this is a disservice to a world that already lost so many good souls due to wreckless and inconsistent behavior such as these.
