What I would really love is something for my (diagnosed) ADHD. My whole life spent flitting from one obsession to the next, never resting or settling on anything for very long -- hyperfocus has it's advantages, and it's all very good for a while, but now I'd like a little more stability.
Nothing else has helped my anxiety like your wonderful havening technique! In fact it has pretty much completely cured it. I love your hypnosis sessions too. So I'll be "anxiously" awaiting this new book! I'm excited! Please keep doing what you do, you're needed in these stressful times!

Hi, I downloaded Paul's Freedom from anxiety, audiobook, it's great.. But can anybody tell me what's the best way to work with the audiobook get the best results ? i.e what's the best way to use part 1 with part 2 ? ..should i listen to a chapter then listen to a recording /meditation ?..
