Hey, Paul listened!!...no more ads....wonderful, I love his voice and I love these meditations.

I first tried this a few weeks ago and didn’t even realize I was under until he counted to open your eyes and I “woke” up! It was so weird! Did it again last night and forced myself to stay awake. My eyes closed a little and it was fuzzy, my eyes fully opened when he started counting! Such a weird feeling but really cool!

I feel like Paul's voice in this session helps to replace my persistent and unchecked internal dialogue. During the days that follow I notice an upswing of positive emotions in the moment.

Listening to this video elicited a soothing emotional response, a rush of tears but no sadness. I also experienced eye fluttering followed by a tingling sensation in my fingers and legs. Within the first few minutes, vivid visions of my life resurfaced that I'd seen before, but have not yet experienced. As a reference, I listened during the day in a quiet space without distractions and focused on being open to a mindset shift and abundance (ie virtuosness, affluence, spirituality, health,etc). Theres loads of these hypnosis videos on RU-vid but I don't trust them. Listening to someone say "I am wealthy" to me just sounds like someone telling me over and over again that they are wealthy but it doesn't make me believe I am wealthy. I trust Paul McKenna and I know it's working because I fall asleep listening to this but wake up at the end of the video when he says to wake up no matter how deeply I fall asleep.

I was in a movie with Dougray Scott called LOVE’S KITCHEN - HE KNOWS YOU AND TOLD ME HOW YOU RESOLVED A FAMOUS ACTOR’S STAGE FRIGHT. That actor had apparently lost his lines in a performance and said: “I must put the cat out…” and left the theatre in panic - I know Dougray said that you had saved that actor’s career.

How people complain. I brought the actual CDs. Confidence one, wealthy one and but others CDs. You people get free but complain of ads.

Dear Paul is there any which way to get both the right and left brain working at the same place? Cause if what I hear is true one is dominant over the other.

Hi Paul. I've a question. Can I listen to two audios simultaneously? E.g. can I listen "I Can Make You Rich" and "7 Days To Change Your Life" simultaneously. You are using two different communications in the same audio. So can I listen to two audios same time? I know subconscious is capable of multi-tasking. So this should work. Also, because two audios will keep away conscious mind and the your great suggestions are directly fed to subconscious mind. What do you recommend?

Paul, I appreciate this but I would prefer to listen to this before I sleep at night and not be woken up with louder voice at the end telling me to WAKE UP when I want to SLEEP. This is a great meditation but I won't be using it for the reason mentioned.

Hi just about to listern....i am wearing head phones and you say you speak in the right ear and then the left. I am deaf in my left ear...does this mean they hypnosis wouldnt work for me? Iv just disciverd your book! Love it
