Guilt can help protect us, serving as a warning sign from the Spirit of God-but it can also be a tremendously destructive force in our lives. The day I was working and Pastor came in to Publix let me know God was telling me he's there. I was living saying that my father said when I was young this was not a good feeling. And now he talking about things I need to heat Thanks Pastor Alan. Would have loved a book but I'm always working at Publix but a watch constantly Thanks for the Truth of the Bible. Armour up for Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Shame makes me have a meltdown on self-worth its the most alone feeling of not being good enough I don't matter and the bad part is you sabotag yourself all the time.

I let the enemy burn all of my bridges I ever had. I'm hemmed in reminded of my misbehavior everyday, by my neighbors who I haven't yet apologized to because I ran from the situation. Months went by and I haven't confronted anyone I've wronged.

Amen , screw guilt and shame if you have confessed your bad choice then don't do it again. BUT if you don't believe in confession and keep doing the same sin over and over then guilt and shame are for you.

I'm a saved believer of Jesus. I'm going through a horrible season or years of depression. Alot of grief loss of my parents, my job of 21 years because of my back injuries I had 2 surguries my ex wife left me for someone else. Now im loney ashamed & guilty . I prayed to God to forgive me for being depressed and shameful . I'm still struggling now does that mean that I'm not saved or not being truthful with God? I don't want to be like this. I wasn't like this until age 48 . I'm just lost and watching my faith fade . I love Jesus! This message was sent to me wow . God Bless and Thanks pastor Jackson 🙏
