I booked my first solo cabin on liberty of the seas and it’s a hump balcony on deck 7.. 7640 to be exactly and I can’t wait to see what it’s like to one have a balcony and 2 be on the hump..
Hey K, hmmmm that is a great ask! Unfourantly, I do not book accessible cabins myself in order to leave those for folks who do need them. However, I am sure I can make some friends who might be in one! Great suggestion!
I love all your reviews, thank you! I stayed in a hump balcony cabin a few weeks ago. The room and the view was very nice but I’m not a fan of so much foot traffic by my cabin door. It’s like being downtown; I prefer a cabin way out in the suburbs - at the very front or back of the ship. Yes, it’s a lot more walking to get to some places but I like the quiet and privacy without too much commotion outside my cabin.
If you book a regular room on royal do you get double points per night so If I had a 7 night cruise I would get 14 points right in the first crown and anchor society
Hey William!! That is very correct. Though, I like to say you get 1 point per night, you can earn another point if you sail solo, and you can earn another point if you are in a suite. You have the opportunity to earn up to 3 points per night if you hit the trifecta.
@@williamwong1681 Yes, if they did not auto apply, you will need to call into the Crown and Anchor Society. It's an easy fix, just have to get them to manually do it. Can also have the loyalty ambassador on your next cruise adjust.
Hey Chris, this was an Ocean View Balcony room and it does not come with the coffee table. I believe the "spacious OV balcony" does but def the junior suite.
@@TheWeekendCruiser Even interiors and ocean view have coffee tables. Balconies usually do... but you have a new couch. Wonder if removed when they changed that out.
Hey Severine, It isn't the actual elevators you hear but more the people coming into the space. Because is is the main entrance to the hallway, you will hear people talking or standing and finishing conversations.
No, the bedding is the same in all rooms as far as I can tell. I believe when I stayed in once very high end room, it mentioned higher end linens but I could not tell a difference even then.
Hi Brandon. Do you find it noisy next to the elevator? Forgive me if you addressed it in the video. I will be on an anniversary cruise on Freedom at the end of August. Maybe I’ll see you then
Hey Bucky, it certainly can be depending on the sailing. I feel like people are sometimes finishing their elevator conversation or will stand there and talk. So, it isn't the actual elevators you here but more the people coming into the space.
Hey Tonda, I get them from the Crown and Anchor Society as part of my amenities when I board. They sale large bottes of Evian in the cruise planner but honestly, it would be much cheaper to swing by a grocery store or pharmacy right before boarding a bring a case on with you. No limitations on brining water onto the ship.
