I developed major upper back problems as a Makeup Artist lifting heavy kits, doing makeup in poor posture. Your cervical spine can cause pain, numbness in your arm/hands, headache, vision problem and feeling fatigue. I wish we talk about this topic more often in the community but unfortunately I didn't think it was important till now.
This is why I decided to start Artist Kit Company to help people condense their kit and still carrying all the products they need.
