The word ‘hate’ is very strong, not to be used easily or often. He can’t do that, if the results are being contested it would likely go to federal or the Supreme Court, or a recount , the Governor General is largely symbolic in Canada per a court ruling a very long time ago , they are really only there to dissolve parliament and call an election upon request of the PM or after the 5 year term is up.
