I knew that one day a G-man song was going to come out, but I didn't know it was going to be now, I thought it was going to come out of the combine soldier or the drill instructor, it was a big surprise.

2 years later and i still love how all three are animated in their game's respective animation style, hl1 with the more rigid and restricted animations, hl2 with the fluid but still hand animated animations, and hla with mocap usage, i think it's just really cool and interesting

This slaps!! The melody is haunting, and even though this song seems slower paced, it still holds a really good energy about it. The way you tuned Gman's voice to song as well makes it sound like he's really singing, which matches the vibe really well. Not only that, but the instrumentals are really good. This is one of my favourite works! :)

I have this idea... The G-Man are G-Men. They're like the observers in Fringe. Multiple, yet all seemingly the same. Half-Life and it's versions are so terribly iconic that it makes 100% perfect sense to line up the Gman models like this. Usually, the old models are entirely replaced with the newest best models to represent a character, but something about this fanbase and these games makes it so that we also give continued respect to the older models. Like, there's no way a vid like this couldn't use all three models

Honestly the HL2 model looks very very good when paired with Source 2's lighting. If they just updated that model to be more detailed I'm sure it'd have been great. Don't get me wrong, the new model looks amazing, but there is something that is unsettling about the HL2 one that I feel is missing in the new one.
