Urban street riding in Prague! Doing this would have been impossible on your own - at least two people are needed for spotting and making sure lines were safe to ride, including returning to busy spots at quieter times later in the day
Doing this shit just makes the rest of us look bad. There are ways to do this kind of stuff without being a total asshole to anyone else around you / disregarding their safety.
@@kevinburke1325 RU-vidr's doing it doesnt make it right. I hate when bikers drive in the middle of the street especially when everyone is on the go. Is it worth it to give someone trauma if they hit you just because you were riding in the middle of the street?
Uhhhhh, he didn't ride his bike into people. I and many others just rode our bike with a bunch of people on the beach and no one complained or got ran over.
@@kevinburke1325 You're really taking this very personally, aren't you. I said almost. He rode quickly near pedestrians on a number of occaisions. All it would take is for a pedestrain to make a sudden movement and there would have been a collision.
@@kevinburke1325 I'm not talking about you. Stop taking things so personally. I'm talking about the way the guy in the video was riding. And yes, I've never seen someone ride down steps in a busy pedestrian area like that.
I tend to agree. Also, some of the stuff in the video could end up really badly for other people. It's ok if we break our necks - that is our personal choice - but others may not want to take a chance on a mountain bike crashing on them the at high-speed.
They weren't even near anyone hardly. Wow, you people act like they can't ride anywhere. Maybe if trail builders built more trails that were weather resistant, they wouldn't have to ride on the streets.
@@kevinburke1325 again watch the video!!! Just because the trails are closed doesn’t give you the right to ride public sidewalks and stairs while people are around like you’re on the mountain. If you were to get hurt that’s on you but a pedestrian getting hit by a mountain bike isn’t what they wanted. Imagine if your mom, grandma or anyone you cared for got smashed by a mountain bike do you think it’ll be ok because the trails were closed and these bikers had no where to go?!?
I enjoy riding my bike in the city and sometimes messing around, but what those guys did is just wrong. Putting others at risk, riding in places where they shouldn't, because if all of us did the same, for example, in 1 month max that stairs would be full of cracks and shit and it would be end of story for other riders that are not ignorant or selfish. Yes, the video looks nice and all, but those guys acted like jerks. Manual next to a woman, riding down stairs while others had to go on the sides just for some jerks to have enough space so they don't get hit. Hell, even in the apartment building stairs.
@@dep1x did you ever ride a bike down the stairs ? I did. One ride, all good. 10, all good. daily ride, not that good. Let's follow your perfect logic: If you slap your phone, will it work after? probably. Now slap it 100 times, daily. After you used your brain for that exercise, what happens if we all do what those guys did?
Yup. Pure arseholery. Other videos on this channel are of actual parks made for these bikers. But I guess its not enough to just risk your own neck, you got to put others at risk.
I wonder why he got mad . Probably just walking down the street and almost gets nailed by a kid on a stunt bike. If you did that in the states you would get punched out and bike stolen.
Here it would be illegal to do what they did. Bikes are considered vehicles, therefore, they must be ride only in street like cars, shuttles, trucks, etc. They did something selfish and inconsiderate. Yeah they may be experienced. But other bikers may see this and think "oh so it's ok to do that in those places" and go there and put in risk pedestrians and pets who are the only ones who must be there.
We don't get to see what led up to the fight? I have to be honest, urban biking can be fun and all. But some of it really wasn't respectful of the people around you. Biking around the castle, which I assume is a national monument...that just isn't the place for that.
As a disabled pedestrian, I would've been nervous, I think. I've been known to panic when a bike is coming up behind me, especially if it's fast, and swerve into the way. It isn't an on-purpose thing, it's just me trying to make room, but obviously the riders would be expecting me to stay where I was so it turns into a whole mess. Had a few close calls although thankfully no collisions. Like, if I swerved into the rider and there was a crash that would be on me. But also it would be very bad for the health and well being of me, the rider *and* the bike. I dunno. I was just watching them cycle through those tight alleys with people walking at the side and thinking about how little space there'd be to avoid me.
i was gonna subscribe but i don’t like how you’re riding fast near people. I ride scooters and euc and i don’t go at speed when there’s pedestrians around.
@@wolfpack_adventures really sad to seewho you give your heart to. I was giving you benefit of doubt in rergards to the negativity you got with the video. Now it's just clear that you actually are an asshole, or at the very least not capable of self reflection upon your actions and self appearance.
Got the last video, from the bike park, in my recommended and was going to sub to your channel but the next thing I see is this...Are you trying to give bikers a bad rep on purpose or are you both just that selfish and entitled?
I’m a cyclist and normally I love watching urban riding but you guys acted quite dickish doing jumps, wheels and riding through crowds. I kinda wished someone actually did knock you off your bike and stomped on you for a bit, to correct this behavior.
@@kevinburke1325 wrong watch the video again.. they were riding while people were going down the stairs and popping wheelies down a narrow alleyway near a woman walking. I’m a cyclist and yea even though trails were closed this isn’t a trail, this is pedestrians, tourists walking in a busy walkway. If he really wanted to right why not do it late at night or really early morning while no one was out?!?! What he did was a dickish thing to do and made other cyclists, including you and I look bad in front of everyone else. Now when other non cyclists see this it’ll paint a damn bullseye on all our backs for someone to take us out because of stupid stunts like these.. all I have to say is he needs to grow the fk up and stop doing dumb sh*t like this. Other than that I like his content and hope he grows better.
you would think that if you got the skill these guys have, you'd also learn basic courtesy along the way. i hate people like this so much. the only worse people are the ones who approach wildlife in yellowstone.
I don't really get the massive hate for this vid. Maybe near the castle? But they left cause they said it was too crowded. And they spotted for each other when going down the stairs and everything. No different to me than when skaters grind rails and stuff. Sure a bike has more potential to crash into someone, but they both seem more than capable of controlling their bikes. That guy at the end had every right to be annoyed, but no one got hurt. Be careful next time and it's all good. Again, I get some of the annoyance, but people in the comments are acting like they should be in prison or something
Great video i really love your biking videos and especially in my favorite city prague btw in prague 6 there is a park where there is skate park and many stairways and really small bike area with jumps.
@@kevinburke1325 dude i am looking through the comments and you have replied to every comment. the people in these comments are not anti-bike, they are merely concerned about the bikers being reckless. you are deflecting and making excuses for these people when it's not even your video.
@thelowqualitystuff reckless riding means TRYING to run into people and then beating them up with a weapon. Obviously, tge people in this video didn't do that.
Yeah but they need to check there are no people on those stairs first, those innocent people didn't chose this and possibly getting their heads smashed when some idiot rides them over.
@@kevinburke1325 There are many frames where they are clearly close to people, or people are at the bottom of stairs and they are coming down fast. Also, please, consider that it doesn't take much to cause serious harm to somebody by hitting them with a bike. You do not know who will be behind a corner when you're blasting down a set of stairs. It could be me and my 3-year old running around. Imagine you lose control of your bike and crash into a 3-year old (do you know what a 3-year old looks like?): 70-90 kg of biker+14-18 kg of bike at about 25km/hour (to be conservative) .... You die, your choice. You hit me, I didn't ask for it; I was in a place where I was allowed to be, unlike you.
@silviodeangelis1342 they were nowhere near hitting anyone. I saw the whole video. Also, riders have every right to be there as pedestrians. Sam Pilgrim does it all the time. In fact, all mtb people on RU-vid do it all the time. You are just now mentioning it? Wow, okay dumb dumb.
Love it! Great swimming around, good lines, well executed. A+ technique, everyone whining has clearly never ridden a bike technically before. Great video mate!
I know nothing about the RU-vid algorithm but, I would suggest making the title oriented about the assault from the random guy. People are interested in drama and situations like that etc. so your video would rake in 5x more views
@@wolfpack_adventures just wanted to say I really like your videos, especially the one with the bike park with the super sketchy and steep bike lift, (greenhill park i think?) so I'm super happy you responded! sorry for making you change your video just off of my suggestion . If my idea doesn't end up working how I thought it would , you have all the right to be cheesed off at me 😂
