1) Warm up a- Start skating backwards with no cones doing half lemons, one leg at a time. teach your body to rotate your hips as you do it, leting one leg ending the movement slightly behind the support leg. Try to do it in a straight line. b- Do the same making a backwards toe roll. 2) With 1 cone, begin standig with it behind your body and keep it always like this doing backward lemons followed by 180º turns. 3) Standing at the side of the cone, do backwards half lemons - push with your right leg in order to get to the right and then switch pushing with your left leg to get to the left. The other leg will be your pivot leg. Use your hips for changing directions and your arms shall swing inwards, bringing your pivot leg together. Your kness should tilt 180º to achieve the right movement. Pivot leg always on toe. Get crazy!

It's easier on a rockered setup. But you can do it on a flat as well, less stylish, but for sure possible. Plus, you can just put smaller 1st and 4th wheels to have a rockered setup (any old wheels, or check if some of your wheels are smaller than the others).
Nice video and a good break down only criticism being you don't talk about where your weight is or how and when the weight is transitioned nor do you mention what edges you're on or when and how those edges are transitioned
