Very good review -- as always Mark -- and a very innovative product. I think the original magnetic one makes more sense -- for me -- but it's nice that they are constantly evolving and expanding what was possible. I have some of the screw in Freewheel's and they are superb...an incredible price for value.

I use the Polar Pro Peter McKinnon VND Signature Edition II 67mm 2-5 Stop Filter that I swap between the ZVE-10 and the FX-30 when needed, and despite the price I know I just need a second one so that I don't have to compensate so much when using BOTH cameras together. How do you think this K2 system would hold up against that? I do like the price/options.

Great job on the video Mark! Thanks for making it. Looks like some pretty cool tech there. I just added step-up rings to all my lenses (including my 2 c-mount CCTV lenses and even my GoPro cage) to make them all match my largest thread size (55mm) so now all my lenses can use the same filters and lens caps. Is Freewell going to come out with a smaller form factor for APS-C users?

not sure they’ll have a small version - but you can order the original magnetic 7-in-1 in smaller sizes.

The new K2 System is too big for my taste:) I'm aiming the old version of Freewell magnetic VND but could you tell me if there is unwanted flares when you shooting against the sun with VNDs and mist filters? And does it fit 16mm without vignetting on the edges? Thanks!

Nicer Filters!! can you adapt say a 55mm lens using an additional step up adapter or is that asking for trouble?

you can for sure. I actually went online and bought a 55-82 step up ring for $10 so that I wouldn’t need multiple rings - that way I can avoid potential vignetting

Hey Mark, what should I buy for photography- zve10 (no evf 😭) canon r10 or r7 or should I just go a6400? (And please before judgement consider that I can do a video but that is rare event but I don’t want to feel like missing features kinda like a hybrid camera out of all)

The a6400 would be the best choice I think (the r7 is great. But it just doesn’t have any lenses)

Isn’t it a bit outdated? I mean micro usb and almost no video features compared to zve10 (obvi your video watched) and since I like all rounder lenses for travel will r7 kit lens (18-150) be enough? and if I do go for a6400 which all rounder lens? Should I go 18-105 or just the kit lens 18-135 or tamron 17-70 or tamron 18-300?

Great video but for all users the MVND filter especially after some time becomes problematic as the magnet is not really strong and filter just falls off (happened to me already on 3 shoots, pointing down camera and it falls on its own or due to wind one time I could not even find it as I didnt notice it detaching). So just a warning for everyone with the previous version.

67mm? I mean come on, who uses massive lenses like that? :P Excited for the ZV-E1 yet? Could be worth the price of admission for the channel itself. It's going to be a popular camera no doubt. I feel like your APS-C lenses will make it the champ Sony wants it to be

For the whole system the price is good. Buying each of these filters standalone would be much more expensive

This would look sooo cool on my 55mm sigma 18-50😁 people would be amazed! Noooow, if i could just steal the money from my wife without her noticing. How can i pull that off, without getting a divorce alongside that sweet discount?🤔 at least i would have a filter set..😂
