I recently installed the new inrunner into my outrunner F-22 and I didn’t notice much difference in speed or battery consumption. It might be a hair faster and have a hair more vertical, but it was hard to tell. It was noticeably quieter than the outrunner. It’s worth the extra few bucks if you’re buying the F-22 for the first time, but may not be worth the $85 plus shipping just to upgrade your outrunner version. Just my two cents.

Well, that was a sick video. I chickened out on getting this f22 for my first RC plane, got the F35 v3 freewing on the way. If I don't suck, I'll get the F22 for my second plane. You plane nerds make me wanna spend money, lol.

I have the 8s and it flies amazing. That 6s inrunnner looks like it really cooks though. Some truly nice formation flying, even better than the 18s. Great video!

Absolutely amazing formation fellerz. Love those raptors. I have the 64mm with upgraded motor & esc, moves along about 100mph. Really been thinking about getting the larger one. The F22 is one of the best looking jets out there IMO. Loved the video. Great job !!!
I have one, Super nice plane. Stays planted on all 3 gear when the battery is out, easy access to battery. Only issue is that it has none. I never have that spooked feeling that keeps the blood pumping that I like.
I'm really enjoying how close you guys fly together that is definitely some tight flying guys! But I'm digging the 8s in my f22 but wish they had it with a inrunner version sooner!
I agree the fastest is the grey one. Nice fiery bootie on Bobby's. Great flying and I love how Bobby always has a couple of inverted flight shots in each video. Keep in up guys. It is very hard if not impossible to beat you.

Sweet flying guys. You definitely need a good wingman to pull off a good flight in formation. I love my F22. Im interested to know what inrunner you put it in it. I’m not after more speed I just want longer flight times over the stock fan and less amp draw on the batteries as the stock set up is hungry. I was hoping the inrunner would offer a little more in efficiency and less taxing on your batts. Thanks for sharing Ryan. Great video as always 🤛👍💪🏻🏴
That was some great formation flying guys. I think the vertical says it all, even though Bobby's plane had the heavier pack. There was still a huge difference in speed and climb, even factoring in the heavier pack. The inrunner in the FW T-33 rocks too.

I gotta do this upgrade to my F22, or it was, my Son thinks it's his and he thinks its guttless with the outrunner. Already did the upgrade to my FW F18 and its a rocket.

at #6:40, you mention "Full Flap Regalia." Regalia refers to fancy dress with ribbons and feathers, as one would wear in an antique military parade with tassels and ceremonial armor and weapons, or at a modern day graduation.
Hey Pilot Ryan, I am looking to upgrade my stock outrunner f22 to the newer inrunner and was wondering if you knew do I have to upgrade my esc or does the stock one work for both inrunner and outrunner motor?
