They have been worked out. Last 15 flights no issues. Yes the xicoy seem to have less issues. Except recently on the FB xicoy owners page I have seen lots of the latest x45s flaming and not starting after a few flights. I think some quality control issues since they been pumping out large numbers since so many people backordered. I wish swiwin would bring back the 45
Glad maiden went well. I used 8.4V of of RX battery that is powering Castle BEC, and that 8.4V feeds the KT ECU and telemetry unit. All is wired so only main plug needs to be connected to rx battery. Hope all will be ok
@@NoonzAirborneRC well the list of tweaks to get it going ' right 99% of time' keeps getting longer... I found about it on youtube at Victor Hugo and Cyberjaya runway channel, asked on rcuniverse but no one replied if I remember... Yes I also piggytailed brakes off those 8.4V ;)

Favorite turbine=SWIWIN (but they do not make a 45n size) Brakes= are required for a turbine per AMA Spotter=required at an event i do not believe just flying on the weekend but could be wrong Fave Jet=At this moment of time that would be a tie between the MIG 21 and Mirage 2000 Adoption=?if i can claim you on my taxes HAHAHAHA

After some more flights and getting the feel of how much to slow it down on landing, try keeping that nose up a bit, you'll over come that bounce. How much fuel did you have left? Nice job.
Yeah the static thrust is what I have to learn to work with. Had wind would help lol 5:00 still had a full uat less quarter tank.... quarter to half throttle
@@NoonzAirborneRC residual thrust and turbo lag of around 20 seconds to return to idle, and to time it with touchdown...if you even touch thr before, it spools up and you are too fast...
