Freeze Drying and Rehydrating Milk 

I had a request to freeze dry milk and show how it works out. It works really well. This is one of those foods that is not cost effective to freeze dry if you are only using it to put into baked goods recipes. However, if you are intending to drink it later, it tastes just like it did fresh when you rehydrate it.
