Im not "hyponitizable", but only listen to "the sound of your voice" is so delightful that I can't help but see every each video from you.

I'm screaming rn because when I was staring at the fidget spinner my eyes started to blur and all of a sudden my phone was getting further and further away like I was sinking backwards, even tho my body wasn't moving. It was like that scene from GET OUT 😨 If it wasn't for the sleep commands stopping it, I think I would've been gone 😅😭💀

Very nice. I watched this while feeling a little unwell, and it helped me feel quite a bit better, so yay :) And agree with an earlier comment. You really notice your breathing when you're told that you're frozen solid, so you think about whether or not you should hold your breath or not, but in the end, your subconscious just says breathe and let the rest of your body freeze.

I love the sense of calm I get. I can hear you speaking and I can comprehend it but it's distant when all I feel is comfortable relaxation.

My sensation was pretty strange, or at least it was for me, i felt like my muscles were pulling, but without any « true » action of my body. I don’t know if it is THE way to experience that, but i guess as long as my body is cannot move then it means it worked. Anyway, it was a great video ! I am looking forward for more content ! :)

The fidget spinner inductions really works on me I feel the more I watch your videos the quicker I become hypnotized I always believed hypnosis is real so I'm not surprised

I felt different with this new spinner hypnosis. I was constantly distracted and had to repeat the hypnosis five times before I began to relax. Go figure. I think I had a lot on my mind, but now I feel great. Thanks for another spinner video. Worked! The only thing that bothered me its that the tingling came a bit too late so by the time you said my whole body was frozen,only my legs were,although since i couldnt move my legs it worked

I appreciate such a fast induction. My eyes often hurt after long, slow hypnosis because the deeper I go, the more they roll up and my eyelids repeatedly press against them. Maybe I am resisting? Not sure. But this was quick and yet very deep.

While I did not move, it felt more like I didn't want to and less than I couldn't. And I recently found out that english Hypnosis works better for me than in my native language which is kind of wired I think.

It was so exciting being unable to move! Exciting and cathartic at the same time. I only wish it lasted longer, like maybe 30 minutes (after the clip had ended).

I can say with certainty that this was my first really successful induction. The freeze trigger is so dramatic that its a good "test" for those new to hypnosis and are not sure if it is working. I literally felt a fast tingling sensation push through my body and then wham.. I could not move... This was a bizarre mix of sensations... Somewhere deep down though, I knew that I could move if I actually had to, like in the case of a fire or emergency - so try this induction if you have not yet done so!! The experience was similar to waking sleep paralysis, but WAY less stressful.
