You should really freeze the ingredients separately and then stack them before storage. It makes the reheating of the food more consistent and the final product that you eat tastes a little more "Fresh".
So they don't be soggy or hard, when you heat them up, wrap them in a lightly damp paper towel completely and warm up in microwave for however long it takes to get done. Normally 1:45-210. They will ALWAYS come out firm and moist cuz the damp paper towel acts as like a humidifier. Works Everytime. I learned it from Alex Trager or whatever her name is lol
Thaw overnight, then when microwaving, set it to half power for 2 minutes or 1 1/2 minutes with a small bowl of water beside the sandwich. It works for me, so it might work for you. Thanks.
