In part 2 of our German tour 2023, we spend the day walking around Füssen and then all the way to Austria!
We enjoy finding out about the history of the town, we visit the castle and then Riki takes me on a 'short cut' which inevitabely doesn't go to plan.
The day isn't complete without visiting the famous Lechfalls and seeing what the power of the River Lech has created over thousands of years.
After a long day on our feet, it was time to stock back up on supplies for the next few days as we intended on saving a few pennies by parking overnight in CampingPlatz rather than campsites as the area we were moving on to was pretty pricey!

Stunning. One of my favourite memories of Fussen was have Kafe and Kuchen when it was snowing outside! It’s such a pretty little town. We hadn’t noticed the castle before. We loved your drone shots in this video. Oh dear short cut to nowhere!!! We didn’t know that about the falls. Great video - you’ve made us want to visit again. 🍻

It’s funny how you can visit a place and see a different side of it to the next person. Then you want to go back and see what you missed! 😅 The drone is handy to have as we don’t have to climb so high to get the shots we want 😂

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip round Fussen with you both and into Austria even though you nearly got knocked down by a rather large truck 😝 I love the fact that your battery’s recharged for shopping 😉🤣🤣 absolutely stunning scenery apart from the dead end which was very spooky !! 😍can’t wait for the next one guys !! 😘 🥰 xxx

The danger we experienced in the making of this vlog was high level!! 😂 I couldn’t believe the couple that went up those stairs. 😳 the stairs looked like they could break at any moment and they were blocked off at the top too so you had to climb over a gate! 🫣 The next one will be bringing a very strong castle game 😂🏔️🏰 xx
