Is there a field where you can put the value of the load? This will help for insurance purposes in the event of a claim.

Hi I have the TMS loadboard . I new a freight Broker I watch your video but when I put the MC I don’t see the green light.

Hi LS, if you are using Load Manager TMS and you are not getting the green (or yellow or red) light that means the carrier is not in the FMCSA system or you do not have the Carrier Lookout module. If you are a Load Manager customer please email support@loadmanager.com to get more help.

Hello. I just purchased the subscription. When a carrier calls in, how do I pull up the script that shows the load details in a summary-like fashion?

On the Load Page, We have a Rate Con button to provide as summary and even a Customer Confirmation for your customer too.
