After dispatch services, I add an additional line called ach fee and charge 1% if client pays by ach or credit card fee and charge 4%. These are the fees that my financial institution charges me for each transaction so I pass it on. Also this is listed in my dispatch agreement.
It varies per state, but you do not impose a sales tax on services rendered, and since you can’t implement your own desired tax then you’d just invoice for services only.
