It would be awesome to have a set of levels with a few alterations, 'Alternate Scenes' as you will. For instance, in the release scene in the intermission chapter, we could have Jacket breakout instead of Richter. The beginning would begin as Richter's did, you kill the inmate, riot breaks out and so on, but this would happen with Jacket unmasked and the prison would have a different layout. The usual release music would play, but instead of Jacket getting a cop's uniform, He finds a familiar face along with his usual attire, this would be when this track would play and you have to fight your way out of the rest of the prison.
This song is seriously amazing! I can't stop listening to it! It's very catchy and upbeat but also quite sad at the same time. There's an almost beautiful tragedy to it. Would've been great if this song was included in the final game but even still, as a stand alone track it's still spectacular.
***** true, there's a chance that they're no doubt to kill each other at the end of the game and the survived one either got captured by polices or killed by jacket. Or maybe suicide
Ooooooh, unofficial soundtrack. That's saddening, was trying to find this in the official soundtracks and the only Richard tracks are way darker than this.
To this day, this is still my ABSOLUTE favorite “Hotline:Miami” track...and it’s not even a “Hotline:Miami” track somehow....I’ve actually blasted this on repeat in headphones whilst playing the game, as I’m sure many of you have :)
This really should have been in Hotline Miami 2. Hopefully we can upload music of our choice into our custom levels through the level editior/creator. I also really hope that we get some animations and different tools to craft cutscenes for our own personal Hotline Miami experience.
YOU MADE THIS?! It's really good and I thought i was going to be in the game. If it was in the game it would be the best song in my opinion. Great job though!
this song is everything i feel when driving my '89 Audi Quattro Coupe in summer nights, with my girl on the passenger seat and listening this and other awesome synthwave tracks
Frekt, pardon me being so late, but can i use this song for my outro? I can credit you all you want, but i just can't help it but love it, i've been listening this song for a long time ago now, and i wanted to ask, does it have copyright, may i use it?
+FREKT I beg of you: could you release a midi or a note sheet for this song? As this is the badassiest of songs I have heard for long, it also seems great when starting out with a keyboard. I know I'm more than two years off. but... please? ^^' EDIT: Also did you release this song somewhere else other than youtube, such as soundcloud, spotify or the like?
Hey Frekt, would it be alright to use Richard in the Hotline Miami 2 level editor when it comes out? I was disappointed this didn't make the game and it would be nice to have this in a custom level.
