Ingredients for a 22cm diameter cake tin:
Pasta brisee:
250g of 00 flour
125g of cold butter
65g of cold water
a pinch of salt
8 golden apples
80g of butter
80g of sugar
vanilla pod
Sour cream:
100g of natural plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
100g of fresh cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook in a preheated, static oven at 180° for about 1 hour
