Really appreciate these collections of more obscure properties, and your cautionary info. is so helpful (ie ponds with rivers going through them). Hope to see more like this. For instance, I'd like to know what really comes with a French property. How do you know if that great set of sconces or chandelier will be there after purchase, or kitchen appliance, bath faucet, door etc.

There is a French expression that says " les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas ", which literally me 'Taste and colours are not to be discussed"... which is a polite way of saying "Man, you have a bad taste in Deco...."
