@@karachistreetfoodofficial "and the packet cost is Pakistani Rupees 50" wait what? :D one small box cox 50 Pakistani rupees? that's mean 0,71zloty (Poland, polish currency - zloty) in my country one big portion is like five of those small boxes and it cost like 12-15zloty - 850-1050 Pakistani rupees ... so for cost of one big portion in Poland i can buy like 20-25 those small portions in Pakistan... THAT'S FFFFFFFFFing CHEAP :D

Ive watched some french fries vids from Pakistan and id say this one couldve been clean. Like, they already had the fry scooper but still they use their hands. Some small stalls i watched dont have scooper, and they always use their hands in mixing and serving. I mean, yes the bacteria gets k*lled while frying but why use hands on grabbing the cooked & seasoned fries?

After this he make the box with full of fries and then uses ingredients like , Chaat Masala , Chicken Powder, Chili ketchup, Mayonese, Chatni, And some cutting cabbages on top. If you were to make french fries this way in this conditions, without gloves, everything dirty and touching food directly with your bare hands, in any city in Europe, no one would buy it from you. Literally no one. Gross and disgusting. Embarrassing what they eat
