it does get tricky when there's a lot happening, especially when lot's of micro is involved. but thanks very much, glad you're enjoying the games! have you found anything specifically useful when watching?
ah thanks! felt good in this one for sure. I probably should get better at dictating the pace of the game rather than reacting to it. Do you tend to play more on the aggressive or defensive side?
yeah you played this really well. The knight archer crossbow comp is so easily countered by spear horsemen/mangonel. The counter to your composition is more like archer spear maa springald and he is too married to his knights to make that transition.
thanks! Hope you enjoyed the gameplay. That's a very good point, everyone needs to accept that they need to be flexible when it comes to strategies, though it's probably hard to put aside the knights when you're playing French! 🐎 What civs to you tend to play?
I main French at 1070ish elo and there are times I’ll not produce knights. Usually against civs like ottoman when they have their jannies out. Sometimes you just gotta adapt like that imo.
Very nice casting! Love your walling! But try to watch some videos how to better scout. Got to Conq watching Valdemar, maybe it helps you as well. Keep up the great work 💪
I really enjoy his videos too, they've helped me a lot. Have anything specific about scouting you would recommend? Or just to do it more regularly? Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the vid 🙌
