@Spriice I finally beat the intermediate ai 1v1 yesterday that's about as far as I am and it felt pretty good. So I'm still playing as the English but look forward to playing the other ones as well. It's very fun and unlike most everything else I've played throughout my time especially since things are starting to click. I am very late to the rts party. Thanks for the reply.
@@CarbideShrapnel congrats! that's a big step, feels good once you start being able to beat the more difficult ai. Just remember the basics, make villagers, constantly produce military and make sure you have enough production buildings. Those things alone can get you to Gold league in ranked! good luck on your journey, welcome to the RTS genre haha
Usually these types of people type out EZ when you had them sweating and they were thinking they may lose at some point. It’s a way to make themselves feel better about themselves (which doesnt work) You had the perfect response.

Wasn’t really a fan of AOE4 compared to the rest of the series, but the game still looks amazing. Good try on the game, enjoyed the video, hope to see you rise and learn from more of these games!

However, seeing your videos has made me want to try it again lol so far I’ve been playing a lot of Age of Mythology, and getting ready for retold edition! Do you think you’ll end up giving that a try? And you got this man! I can see you getting real big in this game!
@@Gortex17 give it another shot for sure, super super fun and the big teams games and free-for-alls can get chaotic in the best possible way. Yup I'll be playing it, but probably just the campaign, I doubt I will delve into the competitive side of AoM. Ah cheers man! One day maybe 😎
People who comment "EZ" still live in their mom's basement with nothing going on in their life. You handled it well bc most are just looking for a reaction. But a conq being matched against you means he's a really, really low conq player. Basically he's conq ONLY bc he plays a lot, not skill. Great video btw.

Don't worry I smashed him for you. Clearly has some IRL problem. Obviously your composition was very weak against the mass of xbows once your siege was dead. You have to delete their army with minimum losses to push further here. It is not easy to march up the middle to kill an equally skilled or higher skilled opponent. Particulalry given the massive defenders advantage. Your macro needs to be ready to replace an army instantly if you push like that and you need to make sure you have the economy and production to support this.
did you come across him on ladder? hopefully he's all good and just let's out some steam online you're totally right, I made pretty bad calls going in like I did. Need to try and raid and create some distraction or dmg elsewhere first. great points though thanks, I'll take them into my future games for sure. cheers for the comment!
