French Hello Kitty Macaron Recipe 哈囉吉蒂馬卡龍 | Serendipity Macaron 

When I first made hello kitty macarons, it was February of 2013. It did not look like hello kitty but my girls loved them anyway. Their happy faces motivated me to perfect hello kitty. Now it’s my eighth year making it and they still love it. Their happy faces are what makes baking so worthwhile.

Ingredients:
Egg white: 85 g
Granulated sugar: 70 g
Almond meal: 90 g
Powered sugar: 120 g
The macarons are baked at two different temperatures:
1. 320F for 4 Mins until you see the feet
2. 300F for 10 Mins
Temperatures and baking time may vary depending on your oven. Adjust accordingly for the best results.
