I don't know where I'm going wrong but the cream (that goes in the middle) I couldn't make it thick, no matter how much I beat it, it was just too liquid, I wasted 2 batches of eggs and sugar, and I can't make it stiff!!! I used the exact grams of egg white and sugar, and spent more than 20mins beating each time. No success!!! 😭
