It's like a small Mercedes GLE. No wonder that the DS brand managed to outsold both Lexus and Alfa Romeo SUVs in Europe. And they only had one model to offer! What they lack before they can truly claim to be a premium brand is a larger SUV model, something that actually compares with the big boys like the Audi Q5 or BMW X5. DS7 is comparatively dwarfed by them, and I think that lack of such big models brings down the pricing of the entire brand.
My new DS 7 will be ready for collection next Thursday this car is sex on 4 wheels what a lovely Christmas present for me , supplied by Motorvouge in Norwich salesman Mark cheers Mark
Actually that’s not true. The DS7 is built on the EMP2 platform which is found on the Peugeot 3008, 5008, citroen C5 aircross and on the Opel Grandland 😁
@@dantheromanian Yes, they share that, but the differences between them are so huge that it's impossible to say they are similar. I would use a comparison : Romanian and French languages are Romance languages, same family. Romanians and French are cousins. Languages have 70% in common... But the 30% difference makes a huge difference, and consequently the two languages are not that easily mutually intelligible. Same applies to those two cars. Different in terms of spirit, level of finition, etc... 3008 is a great premium car, DS7 is not premium but luxury.
