Back in the day i used to make a version of this dish which was called beef strogenoff. Slightly diferent ingriedients. I bet yours was just as delicious. 👍👍👍

The secret to tender beef is to soak it in baking soda and a little water for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then cook.
