OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bro that is not burned beef it created what is called a FOND you should deglaze the pan with a liquid those drippings from the be works perfectly. Most of that "burned" beef is INTENSLY flavorful the sugars that come out and to the surface of the mean camalize and you SHOULD NOT discard it
I made this just as shown by the Chef. It was an instant hit with my three dinner guests. Red wine and a simple green salad went well with this delicious entree.

Back in the day i used to make a version of this dish which was called beef strogenoff. Slightly diferent ingriedients. I bet yours was just as delicious. 👍👍👍
@@AllWingsEverything Yeah... I was astonished at how well this works. You only need a little baking soda. About a teaspoon, and a couple of tablespoons of water. Mix it thoroughly then let it set for 30 minutes.

@@josephbendas2219 You can do that. to me cream cheese has a stronger taste than sour cream. You can't taste the sour cream. It blends well. But do what works for you. Both can work.

Love this recipe, AWE. One of the best cooks on RU-vid. Just want to bring to your attention that you state 3 cups of beef broth in the recipe but only added 2 cups to the recipe. No complaints, just looking out!!!
