French onion soup
Ingredients:
Onion 5 slice
oil 2 tb.sp
garlic chop 1 TB.sp
butter 3tb.sp
Demi glaze powder 3tb.sp in 250ml water dissolve
salt 1t sp
white pepper 1t sp
crushed black pepper 1
1/2 t.sp
Water boiled 500ml
French bought 1 loaf.
Method:
Add oil and butter in a pan than add onion, thyme, garlic and caramelized the onion on medium flame by continuously stirring for 10 minutes than add black pepper, white pepper and salt and beef stock mixture and boiled 500ml water and stir it for 20-30 minutes on medium flame until it came on a semi liquid consistency and than it's ready.
