Fresh is not hitting the gym I live in Miami and workout at the same gym all he does is take pics and sits on his phone the whole time..the caller was absolutely right there’s no results and him being in his feelings and being triggered says a lot of how guilty he feels

Videos like this is why people say Fresh would be a better viewer of the show than a co-host. He he's not emotionally mature enough to have these discussions. Money does not make you high value. Myron does a specific type of training that wouldn’t conducive to gain a lot of muscle mass. He does more conditioning if anything, he has very visible six pack and great cardio but his arms and legs aren’t large
Very Visible Six pack is crazy, Those are made in the kitchen not from training 14 years. After 14 years you would gain muscle mass even if you did more Conditioning which he has stated he does Push Pull Splits. @@jman3767

Fresh should have lost more weight by now. From the video i cant point out 1) his training need improvements. That weight is really light and he isnt keeping the tension on his chest and tricepts. 2) His diet is off. Dude holding a ton of water on his face and all over which indicates high carbohydrate intake. He could cut 8lbs in two weeks by cutting down those carbs and increasing cardio. In all he doesnt know what he is doing in the gym. With time he may learn.
thats a big lie i bet he means by training is that he do upper body excrise in the moring and then at evening he go for 10k walk and call it training 2 times a day he shows his 6 pack like its amazing but he does not look good for a guy that do 3 time training a day what a bs

Okay I’m just gonna say it, lifting weights is the fun part of going to the gym, I’m not saying it’s easy but compared to cardio it is, yeah you can lose weight doing it but not enough to slim down, if fresh wants to lose weight he needs to dedicate at least 70% of his gym time to cardio. But knowing fresh, he’s not gonna commit to that, he doesn’t even commit to weight lifting, whenever he wears a sleeveless shirt you don’t see any muscle
Dear people in the comments section, Fat has a molecular structure that takes up more space than muscle but muscle is heavy than fat. Gaining 10 pounds of muscle in a single year is exceptional. To put 10 pounds in a year into perspective, after 5 years, a 150 lb man can be 200 lbs of big lean muscle and Mr. Olympias are usually 210 lbs or less. Fat loss occurs at a higher rate than muscle. However, muscle loss is *far* more noticeable because of the molecular weight of the chemical compound. Body weight changes are affected by both fat and muscle. Let's be realistic here; Fresh is a beginner. Why do you men and boys expect a beginner to see any significant change in *BODY WEIGHT* in 1-2 years? For example, *if Fresh were exceptional* , he cud only gain 20 lbs of muscle in 2 years and maybe like 40-60 lbs of fat. The change in his body weight will only average around 30-40 lbs. People that look like myron have worked out for 5 years minimum. Myron was in law enforcement since 20, and he's 30, so he has at least 10 years of fitness experience. I also have 10+ years of fitness experience. What you ppl are demanding of Fresh is realistically impossible unless Fresh takes steroids. Even with steroids, u still have to work even harder because steroids do nothing but increase your capacity to do work = gains. It seems to me that the weird animosity towards Fresh has to be rooted in something which i do not know. Needless to say, many men enjoy talking shit to Fresh over the internet and through a phone call. I however, can see the progress Fresh is making. Fresh loves to wear alot (i mean ALOT) of hoodies and loose clothing on the show because it's cold (many girls dress slutty and need jackets or complain they're cold, i can even see their nipples sometimes). If he were to wear fitted shirts, you would see his traps, biceps, triceps and shoulder bulk. Am pretty sure. Your only supposed to only lose 1-2 pounds of weight per week hence slow losing weight process is normal and is healthy. Not only that but fresh does strength training which makes you gain weight as well. I dunno where people get this idea that if your not losing weight fast then your bad.
@@greatest599 did you not watch the full video? Fresh just started going to the gym CONSISTENTLY 4 months ago. Prior to that he was off and on. You cannot lose weight if you are on and off in the gym for a year, you have to be consistent. Fresh just became consistent in the gym a little over 4 months ago, and I know this cuz I follow him. You CANNOT lose 50 pounds in 4 months unless you do extreme life-threatening training
