Kimi Werner and friends make ono carpaccio with a fresh wahoo caught while sailing in Hawai'i. This mouth watering dish is so delicious and proves that something so simple can taste so exquisite.

thanks for sharing. Peruvian ceviche also adds the lime last. kinda like poke. salt the ono add onion cilantro tomato and then the lime and eat. no cook the meat w the citrus.
