I’m only in my 2nd proper season of growing but already winter seems tooooo long and I’m itching for the first signs of spring. Thanks for all the videos, advice and a regular ‘gardening fix’ to see me through. GLUK
Hey Steve, I am very happy y'all support the small local businesses. I have owned several small businesses and I do appreciate all those that go out of their way to help these folks achieve their dreams. I have never done the micro greens I have done the sprouts for years in the winter so I'm willing to give it a go. 2023 is the year I say yes to all the "NEW" things I have the money and time to do. So with my garden covered in snow I will research micro green how to grow and use them. *GLUK bye for now
Was lucky enough to acquire a greenhouse last autumn & I’m excited to try it out this year. My husband yesterday even fitted me in a table like yours in it ready to go. Bring on growing again. GLUK
Hi, just put my seeds to soak in to tea water( bottle gourd, ridge gourd, chilli) will sow them tonight. Like all your videos the way you always present. This is my third year to get plot, when I was searching on RU-vid how to maintain plot and polly tunnel yours Chanel was the first one I subscribed. Thank you for sharing all tips and information. GLUK
Thanks for yet another great video Stave. Pleased you are supporting small companies to help them to help us. I haven't grown micro greens before but I really want to give then a go. GLUK
Great video Steve. Never done micro greens before but think I'll be giving this a shot. Will deffo be buying from Grown Local as he's just down the road from me 👍
You’ve inspired me try growing lettuce microgreens using some old seed packets! Wish I could support Grown Local but as I’m in the US I will continue to support small businesses here 😊
Another good thing to get into Steve. I like the look of those trays. I’ll take a look at Grown Local too. I did try some micro greens last year in an ordinary tray. We ate the results, fine. Thanks for the reminder. GLUK
GLUK. I do love your videos. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and the way you explain things is so easy to follow. Take care and happy 2023 to you.
Iam just learning about micro greens ,after taking on my first ever allotment last year fed my big family most of summer and good amount over winter, iam looking faward to adding more.gluk.
Hi Steve great video on growing the Micro Greens, i haven't really bothered with growing stuff like that i just grow the normal stuff in my back garden but, with watching your videos and Tonys videos about this Micro Greens growing, i might give it a try. Stay Safe, GLUK Barry (Wirral)
Hiya Steve, my first year with the greenhouse was a tremendous success. 8 x 8 and 20 tomato plants 3 chillies 2 cucumbers 2 aubergines 1 cucamelon and heaps of flowers. Did I jam too much in ? Of course I did . I only with I'd kept a planner. So we have chillies and aubergines on the go now and I'm planning the rest. GLUK
I was amazed to learn how nutritious micro greens are, makes them really appealing to me. I think it's great you and Tony are helping to promote and support a small local business. I'll definitely check out the website. I love being a part of the PMGC even if I don't post much in the discord. I watch all your videos and everyone else's. GLUK
Thank you so much for all the inspiration. I really enjoy watching all your RU-vid videos with my earphones on while hubby watches TV 🙄. I’ve taken on an allotment and can’t wait to get started 💖. GLUK
Nice Video Steven. I think micro greens are a great solution for winter greens. Something Ill have a go at end of this year. Far to much to do down the plot for now! GLUK
Although I’ve had an allotment for 18 years I’ve never tried micro greens before so this will be a new for me ,, keeps the windowsills utilised so it’s a great idea ,, well done to you and Tony for supporting a small business ,, in these challenging times it’s good to help if we can ,, I’m thinking about saving some veggie seeds this year ,, is this something you ever do to save some pennies? by the way, do you sterilise your compost in the microwave for the indoor sowings to stop those little black flies? Best wishes, Lisa GLUK
I’m desperately kicking myself Steve I didn’t grow much salad over winter. Had a few that was killed off and all I want to eat now is salad!! Will try your mushroom tray method. GLUK
Great video as usual. Thanks for all the useful info. Great to support local companies just starting out. Good for you and Tony. I'm definitely going to have a look through the link. GLUK
Good on you for supporting small businesses on these difficult times. I have never got very far with micro greens - never got round to properly do it - just procrastination which is shame. Hopefully wining the kit will be an incentive to get on with it. GLUK
Great video Steve, just bought myself the Garland super 7 heated propagator so once I've got the day centre's seeds up and running I'll be growing my microgreens in it at home. Have you put those clips I sent you last year away in a super safe place, so safe even you can't get at them??🤣😂😁🌱☀️GLUK
I have never really fancied growing Micro greens but watching both Tony and yourself talk so positively has definitely inspired me to give them ago. Good luck with your experiments and the coming season. GLUK
It's great that you're supporting fledgling companies and encouraging us to eat healthily with the microgreens. I am going to try some myself, this year. GLUK
Great information about seeds I just sort my seed out and have a few old packs of kale which I will sow. Think I will give micro green a try as look easy to do. GLUK
