Ingredients :
Fresh khubani (apricot) 15 remove seed & cut into cubes.
Sugar 5 Tbsp or 1/4 cup(3Tbsp)
Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Cumin (Zeera) 1/4tsp
Black pepper corns ( sabot kali mirch) 5
Green Cardamon (Sabz Elaichi) 1
Black Cardamon 1 (Bari Elaichi) 1
Cinemon stick ( darchini) 1 piece
Button red chilli 1 (Sabot lal mirch)
Water 1/2 cup
Recipe :
In a pan add apricot add water 1/2 cup
Cover & cook on low flame until become tender & soft.
Then mash apricot with spoon, add sugar, red chilli powder, salt, cumin, black pepper corns, green cardamon, black Cardamon, cinnamon stick, mix well cover & cook until transparent in colour on low flame.
Taste it if you want more sugar & salt add it.
Now, add button red chilli crush it & add in Chutney cover & cook little.
Don't thick to much after cool it becomes more thicker.
