i tried making ur strawberry bingsu the other day, my brother and i really enjoyed it. the bingsu had the perfect sweetness and tasted so yummy with the strawberries (they were sour lol)

Another simple recipe :D You can melt an ice cream bar, add your flour then put some wrap over it. Poke some holes and then microwave it. It will be a little thick but add more flour and shape the boba. The extra flour is to keep the boba from sticking together and all. You can use different ice creams but I’m sure all of these recipes require flour or starch or something

Am I able to make strawberry puree without a blender? And am I able to use cornstarch or normal flour for the boba? I don't have a blender and I don't have the flour thing you use for the boba.

The blender is to create the purée so it’s smooth! If no blender I might suggest buying strawberry juice and using that instead! Unfortunately you’ll have to use tapioca starch as other flours/ starches won’t yield the same results

Pro tip for making different kinds of boba: just add tapioca starch to basically anything you want for that boba and then you got the dough for boba

Good question! Unfortunately no because other flours won’t yield the same result if you’re trying to make boba/ pearls

Yes I used salt! I just let them soak for about 5 minutes then I stub them gently and rinse with water

really depends on preference! boba is chewy and bouncy (not stretchy). The flavour will depend will depend on what type of boba you're eating

You can also hit it up on the stove! Instead of using a bowl, put it in a pot and heat it over low heat and jeep mixing until it becomes clear, remove from heat and add the remaining starch ☺️
