We can make a wonderful meal for family lunch. All vegetable are fresh and free. Our food is simple but yummy.

When I started watching I realized that I also forgot how my mother and grandmother cooked for the family cuz my husband got sick I had to change his diet I know that's not an excuse but to keep going I had to do what they advised he's gone now so I started cooking the old ways I'm glad I did

Watching these young ones get involved in gardening is inspiring. Most children nowadays don’t know what life is like because they spend the day holding their gadget. The water in the huge clay ... I noticed you use it for cooking and cleaning... U use the same pot holder for scooping water ... Then u returned it back and forth... inside. U don't notice if the water is getting dirty????😮😮😮😮
