Power washing with a chemical (sodium hypochlorite) pre-treat to remove deep ingrained dirt. This lovely pool terrace gets its yearly freshen-up ready for summer.
⭐️ Spur of the moment video showing some close-up action of our new rotary nozzle. This area had a mild sodium hypochlorite pre-treatment to soften the dirt, allowing for lower pressure and a more effortless clean.

Hi Phil, what would be your approach if you had no access to a rear garden job? Terraced house for example Cheers 👍🏻

I do have a small portable washer on the van that I can take through a property if need be but only if its fairly small. I won't do block pave with the small washer as it takes forever. For insurance reasons you can't trail a high pressure hose through a property in case it bursts.

I use the sherpa deluxe available from machine mart. www.machinemart.co.uk/p/sherpa-sxmd16e-cordless-knapsack-multi-sprayer/ Any 12v sprayer will need modifying a bit to handle hypo. Std pumps aren't viton and won't last overly long. You may get 6months from a std pump if you flush it through after every use. Swap to a viton diaphragm pump and you should get 12 months+. I use the everflo pumps as they are viton diaphragm and only about £25-£30. I usually buy 2 at a time so I have a spare. Also the lances/triggers aren't overly great and again aren't viton but you can buy better triggers online.

Phil, what's that twin jet turbo nozzle you're using? It looks like a two nozzle Falch but it's not purple. What are the minimum pump specs required for its use? Great job as always. At first, I was watching this on the tv and thought you said "We're in Finland" I had to rewind it and turn it up to double check. That would've made for an epic video :)

Hey OTC, it's a new nozzle by PA damn site cheaper than a falch but unfortunately they are really hard to find but sounds like a jet engine lol. It was only available in a size 080 so I won't get full pressure. I had to import that nozzle from Canada as no other bugger had them.
