@@ehe841 Bruh it’s very common for black belts to be that flexible. All u need is be flexible by stretching for a couple of minutes Everyday for each leg and train ur strength and all by doing push-ups for ur arms, lunges for ur legs.
Great job. Martial arts has evolved a lot. Now the talks is all about MMA. In Oshima Karate there is no breaking test. Kwon Tae Kwon Do had a these breaking tests.
