Hey Turin, DarkHunterEzra here. Was really in the pits that game. I was resorting to doing blockade runs with my trade ships to get even the smallest amount of gold. The real turning point was when dibi killed off nomad and I was able to secure the docks with my galley fleet. After that I simply let you all kill each other until I saw politics come up and both of u turned on me. The sad part is , is that for some reason no one can read my in game messages so I can’t play politics even if I wanted to. 😂. So yeah I resorted to split pushing and then the last few minutes I had a revelation of how many landmarks were left and I didn’t realize that for the longest time you only had ur landmark tc left. So I redirected the cannons I had queued up to snipe ur tc and then moved up the cannons after the rams and knights scouted out the last landmark at the cost of their lives. Anyways gg, had fun being the Corsair lord.

Honestly, respect to DandyDragon for the end of that first game. Like, even if he had helped what could he have reasonably accomplished? There was no world where he destroyed Nani’s wonder and Sai’s wonder and pushed Turin off the sacred sites. Why put in the effort just to hand the win to someone who spent the game targeting you?

Turin, I believe you need to work on your victory timing, man. You are great at pushing, but when it comes to building wonders you are way too cautious. Like in the first game Sai was separated from you by water, Ezra was in the other corner and you had only Dandy, who is a defensive player worried about. You had the money, but you waited waaaay too long, until even while being strong, you had close no chance of winning with 2 wonders. I get the logic of waiting till there are less players, but even with 4-5 enemies they won’t all attack you 90% of the time. Some will be blocked, some too poor, some will scheme not to help I am saying that cause in like last 10-20 AoE streams, you are always a contender, but lose the game to someones Wonder because your are a bit too cautious

I like you and legend, you both do you're own thing but you play with true skill against others but legend is good against ai and campaigne.
